OVERVIEW
The Kenda Klever H/P is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.
The model offers superb all weather traction. The tread design and the all season tire compound boosts the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread design also features a higher number of grooves, circumferential, lateral and zigzag grooves, effectively resisting hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The improved all weather traction and excellent hydroplaning resistance boosts the year round driving safety.
The tread design features a solid center rib that maintains the tire’s contact with the road at all times. This manages to lower the model’s rolling resistance as it eases the driving pressure off the tire. The rolling resistance is the force affecting the tires that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tire’s motion. The lower it is, the less fuel the vehicle needs to consume. This also decreases the CO2 emissions, which makes the tire more environmentally friendly.
The solid center rib’s constant road contact manages to increase the tire’s controllability as well. It enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The tire’s structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The better road contact allows the tire to improves its steering accuracy and response time to the driver’s instructions. The tread’s shoulder blocks increase the number of biting edges that grip the road surface during cornering and maneuvering. The upgraded cornering capability allows the driver to confidently control the vehicle in all weather.
The Klever H/P guarantees a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The tread design’s siping detail decreases the road noise generated while the tires are in motion. As the road noise levels are reduced the drive becomes more enjoyable for the passengers.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
