OVERVIEW
The Petlas Snow Master W651 is a touring, winter tire made for passenger cars and SUVs.
The model guarantees outstanding winter traction, with its premium compound and detailed tread. Its rubber blend adapts to freezing cold temperatures by maintaining its flexibility. The tire offers a strong and consistent grip on the asphalt, whether it’s covered by water, slush, snow, or ice. The tread is densely populated with biting edges that increase friction on the road surface. The footprint promotes angled and circumferential grooves that channel water, slush, and snow away from the footprint. This prevents aquaplaning throughout the drive.
The tire utilizes a directional tread that greatly boosts the vehicle’s maneuverability. The two center ribs maximize surface contact, in order to stabilize the tire against the asphalt. They enhance its steering responsiveness and driving stability to guarantee a safe driving experience. The driver is able to navigate the vehicle in a fast and precise manner, while the tire’s structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting it. With the net of lateral and vertical sipes, the tire shortens the braking distance. They also enhance their cornering ability with robust shoulder ribs.
The tread is engineered to upgrade comfort levels with detailed tread elements. Due to the shape and arrangement of the tread blocks, the tire significantly lowers the road noise generated.
