OVERVIEW
The Crosswind HT2 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs. Crosswind offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty.
The tire is able to handle versatile weather conditions. The detailed footprint and all weather compound work together to enhance its dry, wet, and winter-weather grip. The tread elements provide additional biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. The ideal groove placement prevents hydroplaning as well during the tire’s performance. Water and slush are dispersed, preventing them from cutting off the footprint’s surface contact.
The model manages to boost its handling and maneuvering. The symmetric tread pattern and its close contact with the driving surface upgrade steering responsiveness and driving stability significantly. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The tire’s optimized elements boost cornering and maneuvering.
The Crosswind HT2’s high driving comfort levels are ensured. The model is able to negate sound waves during the drive. This is achieved with the tread pattern’s variable pitch detail. It generates a special sound frequency that prevents sound waves from disturbing the passengers’ driving enjoyment. As road disturbances do not reach the vehicle’s cabin, the tire promotes high driving comfort levels.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
