The Moccamaster Manual Drip Stop Coffee Maker has a 9-hole spray arm that evenly disperses water to bloom grounds before brewing, a special copper heating element that keeps water at a consistent temperature and a stainless-steel thermal carafe. The Moccamaster KM5 Burr Grinder is one of the few coffee grinders to be certified by the European Coffee Brewing Center. It features a direct-drive motor that propels the 50mm flat steel burrs to grind beans quickly and efficiently to the desired consistency.
