The Eldorado Tourmax GFT II is a touring, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some high performance sizes available. Eldorado offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The model’s controllability is upgraded with this tread pattern. The optimized footprint maintains the surface contact at all times, increasing steering responsiveness and driving stability. This ensures the tire’s exceptional steering response time and accuracy, while the structure is secured throughout the performance. Shoulder blocks are utilized to increase the cornering power, by increasing the number of biting edges during maneuvering. This combination enables the driver to have full control over the vehicle.
Great all season performance and hydroplaning resistance are ensured with this tire. The symmetric tread design keeps road contact in different weather conditions, while the all season compound maintains flexibility in changing temperatures. These elements work together to increase the tire’s performance in dry, wet, and winter weather conditions. At the same time, the optimized grooves effectively disperse water and slush from the footprint and protect the tire against slipping in wet situations.
The Eldorado Tourmax GFT II offers a quiet drive. The close road contact and the special silica compound work together to decrease road noise and vibration levels. This footprint creates a sound frequency that negates road and tread noise levels heard while the tires are in motion. On the other hand, the special silica compound absorbs the shock of the ride and minimizes vibrations felt by the passengers. These elements guarantee the tire’s quiet and comfortable driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
