    The Toro 21-in Gas RWD Recycler Self-Propelled Mower puts you in control with less effort. Rear wheel self-propel delivers stronger traction on hills and uneven terrain, while a steel deck up to 7x stronger than plastic (compared to a Toro polymer composite deck) stands up to whatever you throw at it. The Recycler cutting system feeds your lawn for a cleaner finish, with 3-in-1 capability to mulch, bag, or side discharge. Powered by a guaranteed to start Briggs & Stratton engine delivering 5.5 ft-lb of gross torque (rated at 2600 RPM per SAE J1940 by the engine manufacturer as configured to meet safety, emission and operating requirements, the actual engine torque on these mowers may be significantly lower).
