Brainboxes ED-516 16 Digital input device server is well suited as RS485 Gateway for connecting with industry standard NuDAM, eDAM and ADAM modules. Server has 16 non-isolated digital input channels for better performance. Server is implemented using Windows COM port driver that is compatible with all PC packages. Server has latched inputs that stay true until acknowledged. Provides user programmable count that is positive or negative transitions of up to 100Hz. Has RJ45 Jack 10/100 MHz autosensing, cross over autosensing type network ports. Server has ICMP, IP, TCP, DHCP, HTTP network protocols. Provides 1500 V magnetic isolation between ports and network for better protection. Server is compatible with Microsoft Windows 8, Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and more.
