Michelin X-Ice Xi3 245/50R18 104H XLOVERVIEWThe Michelin X-Ice Xi3 is a studless ice and snow winter tire specially designed to provide you with maximum ice and snow traction as well as reliable handling during wet, dry, and winter conditions. Ideal for coupes, sedans, family vans, and small crossover vehicles, the Michelin X-Ice Xi3 can easily become a favorite among practical drivers who want to save on gas. This is because it meets the Michelin’s Green-X standard for low rolling resistance. It means that the X-Ice Xi3 helps the car consume less fuel and produce less CO2 gas emissions. This is just a complementary feature as the Michelin X-Ice Xi3’s true strength lies in its ability to perform well on ice and snow-covered roads. Its directional tread design is molded with a silica-based rubber compound which helps it reduce hydroplaning risk while draining water and slush efficiently. Helping it deliver traction on ice and snow are the independent shoulder and intermediate tread blocks which have Cross Z sipes and multiple micro-pumps.
