OVERVIEW
The Delinte Desert Storm D8 is a high performance all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.
The tire promotes excellent all weather traction. The silica-based tire compound and the special tread pattern boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability and traction. The silica compound maintains its optimal flexibility even in colder temperature conditions, while the tread elements maintain their road grip. The two wide circumferential grooves with the 3D groove walls actively resist hydroplaning situations. They disperse water from below the tire’s footprint and with it upgrade the wet weather traction.
The constant road contact enhances the model’s controllability. The tree-like center rib enhances the high speed driving stability and the steering responsiveness. The tire is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it, while the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands. The result is an easily controllable tire. The tread design’s shoulder tread blocks boost the cornering and maneuvering ability. They provide additional biting edges that firmly grip the road surface and ensure a safer drive. The silica-compound and special tread design manage to shorten the braking distance. They create friction at the moment of braking to ensure a more secure stopping ability.
The Desert Storm D8 guarantees a quiet drive. The tread design’s dual variable pitch sequence negates the road noise generated while the tires are in motion. It lowers the road noise heard in the vehicle’s cabin by creating a sound frequency that cancels the road noise during the drive. The result is a road noise free, comfortable driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
