OVERVIEW
The Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 422 Plus is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger and crossover vehicles. This model has some high performance sizes as well.
The tire promotes first-rate all weather traction. The combination of the tread pattern and the all season compound enhances the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound does not lose its traction in colder temperatures, while the tire maintains its gripping ability. The ensured road grip boosts the driving security all year. The optimized tread block designs full depth grooves effectively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tires footprint.
The special tire compound used in the tires manufacture manages to decrease its rolling resistance. This is achieved as the compound lowers the tires overall weight, which eases the driving pressure off the tire. The rolling resistance is the force affecting the tire that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. The decreased levels of rolling resistance ensure reduced levels of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of the vehicle.
