  • Within Canada: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Within the United States: Free shipping on all orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday- (GMT-07) Mountain Standard Time (Edmonton)

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Simolary LLC 
    will cover the return shipping costs.
