OVERVIEW
The BKT Mine Star is an all season tire made for industrial vehicles.
The tire promotes great traction on all terrain surfaces. The tread design and the compound upgrade the grip on soft, loose, uneven terrains. The model’s optimal footprint and consistent surface contact improve its controllability as well. The tread pattern closely follows the surface, in order to increase the model’s steering responsiveness and driving stability. The better surface contact allows the tire to boost the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s instructions while enhancing the structure stability.
The tread design and the durable compound guarantee longer-lasting tread life. The tread design keeps consistent road contact and evenly distributes driving pressure along the tread, while the compound slows the treadwear rate. These elements prevent irregular and premature wear formations along the tread. The durable compound also protects the tire against punctures, cuts, and tearing. This significantly improves the tire’s service life and usability.
The BKT Mine Star provides exceptional durability. The reinforced internal structure manages to keep the tire’s ideal shape under load and driving pressure. This is a Tubed Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube and flaps to properly function, which are not included in this purchase.
The Overall Diameter advertised represents the overall diameter in inches, once it has been inflated and mounted.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
