- Featuring an industry-first Circular Construction, it is made from a single polymer material
- Constructed from a single piece of BD PET 900-denier polyester fabric
- With a yield of 99%, less than 1% of the body fabric is thrown away during production
- After years of use, the duffel can be fully recycled without deconstruction (except for removing the metal buckles and zipper feet)
- Takes 66% fewer steps to build than traditional expedition duffels and is one of the lightest expedition duffels available
- Custom-developed, 100% recycled BD PET ripstop 900-denier polyester main body fabric with PET coating for durability and weather resistance
- Superior weather resistance and wear resistance from innovative Seamless Folded Body Construction, where there are no seams along the bottom and ends of the duffel
- Single center zipper and a combined webbing bail handle that doubles as a shoulder strap
- Straight YKK #10 zipper with weather flap construction and lockable zipper feet for added weather resistance, durability and security
- 2 oversize bail handles with metal tri-glide buckles keep the duffel extra lightweight while preserving both over-the-shoulder carry and backpack carry modes
- Sternum strap loops on bail handles accept Black Diamond carabiners (not included) for a more secure and comfortable carry
- Oversize interior hanging pocket for maps or keys
- Separate ID zone allows for easy identification
