OVERVIEW
The Bridgestone Dueler H/T 840 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs.
The tire promotes excellent all weather traction and road gripping ability. The special computer designed all season tread pattern with the open slotted shoulders increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The wet weather traction is further enhanced with the wide circumferential grooves. They, along with the open slotted shoulder design, actively prevent hydroplaning situations by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. The better hydroplaning resistance and exceptional traction guarantee a safer driving experience.
The model provides a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The special non-directional tread pattern manages to lower the road noise heard in the vehicle’s cabin while the tires are in motion. The tread design channels the airwaves through the tire’s footprint and prevents them from coming into contact with the tread elements. The internal structure’s jointless cap ply and the rounder casing profile enhance the tire and allow it to closely follow the road surface. This decreases the road vibrations felt by the passengers. The result is a road noise and vibration free enjoyable drive.
The Dueler H/T 840 offers easy handling. The reinforced polyester body plies of the tire’s internal structure stabilize the tire during the drive and prevent it from deforming under the driving pressure. This allows the tire to maintain road contact, which boosts the steering responsiveness and accuracy. The enhanced stability and steering ensure a safer and effortlessly controlled tire. The shoulder tread block design also increases the cornering and maneuvering ability. It offers additional biting edges for such situations and allows the driver to confidently control the vehicle.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
