OVERVIEW
The Carlisle Guard Dog HD is an all season tire manufactured for industrial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on heavy duty skid steer.
The tire promotes great durability. The strengthened internal structure improves the tire’s load and driving durability. This construction prevents the deformation of the optimal tire shape under the pressure affecting the model. The durable construction maintains the tire’s shape during the drive, which allows the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. The better durability enables the tire’s industrial application.
The directional tread design enhances the model’s controllability. The tread design increases the model’s steering responsiveness and driving stability as its square shoulders and larger lugs boost the tire’s contact with the road surface. The tread’s optimal road contact upgrades the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while it also stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure affecting the model. The better control over the tires ensures a secure performance.
The Guard Dog HD offers a lengthened tread life. The tread design manages to prevent irregular tread wear and damage to the tread area. The stepped outer lugs’ optimal road contact upgrades the road contact and even pressure distribution, which actively prevents uneven tread wear formations. The deeper tread depth resists punctures and cuts from harming the casing, extending the tire’s service life significantly.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
