OVERVIEW
The Federal 595RS-PRO is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for racing vehicles.
This tire was specifically made for racing purposes. This model should not be used on highways or during everyday driving.
The model promotes excellent summer weather traction. The summer compound and the directional tread design upgrade the dry and wet weather performance. The durable compound is heat-resistant which effectively avoids heat build-up across the tread area. On the other hand, the better road to rubber ratio enables the tire’s better grip on the surface in summer weather conditions. The two circumferential grooves and the numerous angled lateral lugs upgrade the water dispersing ability. They effectively enhance the wet traction by avoiding hydroplaning during the tire’s performance.
The tire guarantees great high speed performance. The heat-resistant compound, the pressure circulation of the directional tread design, and the stronger carcass allow the tire to enhance the high speed durability. The durable compound elements allow the tire to ease the pressure off the tire, preventing heat build-up during its high speed performance. The directional tread design’s even pressure circulation across the tread area. The reinforced carcass does not deform under the high speed pressure. The combination of these enhancements boosts the tire’s secure high speed durability, allowing its utmost high speed capacity.
The Federal 595RS-PRO upgrades the controllability as well. The center rib maintains the surface contact while the tires are in motion, boosting the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. As a result, the tire greatly improves the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The wider shoulder pattern upgrades the cornering ability with the use of extra biting edges, increasing the maneuvering capability.
This tire model is for COMPETITION USE ONLY. It is NOT approved for highway use.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
