The Firestone Transforce AT is an all terrain, all season tire made for light trucks.
Better dry, wet, and winter grip is guaranteed with this model. The ideal tread design, with the detailed siping pattern, and the all season compound work together to upgrade the dry, wet, and winter-weather performance. The durable compound elements and the detailed siping placement increase the tire’s surface traction to ensure a safe year-round drive. The compound elements optimize the rubber’s flexibility throughout the year, in various temperatures. The tread design’s siping placement increases the number of biting edges that grip the road, which boosts the surface traction. The tread’s ideal groove placement avoids hydroplaning in wet-weather situations.
The model increases load durability and damage resistance. This is achieved with the tread design, the compound blend, and the stronger structure. These elements allow the tire to increase its overall load capacity, as they maintain the optimal tire shape under heavy loads. Tread and casing damage are also avoided. Stone retention is resisted with the rock-ejecting tread elements. The Transforce AT delivers all-terrain wet and dry performance that you can count on. It combines polyester and steel light truck construction with a full spiral nylon cap ply. It then adds UNI-T technology, and finishes with continuous shoulder ribs with deep shoulder slots and advanced high modulus tread compound. The result is traction in rain and dry conditions, reduced irregular wear and chip and tear resistance for a tire that works as hard as you do.
