OVERVIEW
The Gladiator All Steel is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire promotes great fuel efficiency. The all season compound and the optimal symmetric ribbed tread design enhance the dry, wet and winter traction, while avoiding hydroplaning. The tread’s surface contact eases the pressure off the tire, while the compound prevents heat build-up. This combination allows the tire to lower the rolling resistance, which is the pressure which determines the towing vehicle’s fuel intake levels. This greatly reduces the towing vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels. The tire offers a fuel conscious driving experience.
The flat footprint and the symmetric ribbed tread design guarantee the tire’s surface contact. These tread elements allow the tire to enhance the steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the tire promotes a quick and precise steering response to the towing vehicle’s fuel intake levels. It also effectively secures the structural stability under the load and driving pressure. This promotes a safer controllability, while also ensuring the towing vehicle’s control over the vehicle at all times.
The All Steel improves the load capacity. The full steel belt structure keeps the optimal tire shape under the load and driving pressure, which significantly upgrades the overall load handling ability. This allows the tire to withstand heavy loads with ease. On the other hand, the stronger structure also avoids external damage Additionally, the durable compound protects the tire from dry rotting and weather cracking. The knobby grooves eject rocks and prevent stone retention.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
