The tire offers great summer weather traction thanks to the tire compound and the tread pattern that grips the road well in dry and wet weather. It is not recommended for winter use, as the tire compound loses its road gripping ability in the colder winter temperatures. The circumferential grooves increase the wet weather traction and actively avoid hydroplaning by eliminating water from below the tire footprint. In this manner, the tire is safer to use in all summer conditions. The model is a run flat version. Its reinforced sidewalls support the weight of the vehicle and the passengers for 50 miles up to the speed of 50 mph in case of air pressure loss, allowing the driver to safely arrive at a destination where they can fix or change the tires.
