The built-in scraper scrapes the side of the bowl, so there’s no need to stop to use the spatula when mixing. The large, continuous feed chute fits bigger pieces like whole blocks of cheese to reduce prep time. The DC motor with 2 speeds and pulse runs quieter, and the easy-to-press paddle controls are simple to use.
