OVERVIEW
The Hi-Run WR089 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire guarantees exceptional all season traction. The symmetric ribbed tread design and all season compound work together in order to ensure its superb year-round performance. The notch and sipe placement along the ribs provide the biting edges needed to upgrade traction on dry, wet, and winter weather surfaces. The durable rubber materials maintain the tire’s flexibility during its versatile weather applications. Hydroplaning is resisted, as the grooves channel water and slush from the footprint. This further increases its wet weather performance.
The tread design’s ribbed pattern maintains a consistent road contact. In this manner, the tire manages to boost steering responsiveness and driving stability throughout the drive. The model promotes a quick and precise steering response to the towing vehicle’s instructions. This ensures the trailer accurately follows the towing vehicle at all times. Additionally, the structure is stabilized against pressure, preventing trailer swaying during its performance. This combination ensures the model’s secure towing experience.
The Hi-Run WR089 features a radial structure. This construction is perfect for trailers, as it does not allow the tire to deform. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
