Maxtrek Fortis R/T T01
OVERVIEW
The Maxtrek Fortis R/T is a rugged terrain, all season tire made for light trucks and SUVs.
The tread design manages to maintain surface contact throughout the drive. In this manner, the tire greatly improves controllability by boosting steering responsiveness and driving stability. This allows the tire to be quicker and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure affecting the tire during the performance. The better handling guarantees the driver’s control over the vehicle.
The reinforced internal structure and the strong rubber compound boost driving durability and damage resistance. This ideal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under the driving pressure affecting it. It does not allow the tire to deform during its rugged terrain ride. On the other hand, the rubber compound protects the tire casing against external damage. In other words, this tread pattern resists stone retention, while the compound prevents punctures, cuts, and tearing along the tread area. As a result, this tire is perfect for versatile terrain traction.
The tire is able to improve its soft, loose, and uneven terrain traction. This is achieved with the staggered blocks and the ideal void ratio working together. Its forward motion through deep mud and on loose dirt further increases the tire’s overall driving safety levels. Better traction is promoted, while the footprint is kept clean. Mud and snow are not able to block the surface contact, and stone retention is effectively avoided.
The Maxtrek Fortis R/T also offers excellent year-round performance. The ideal tread design and the all season compound work together to boost dry, wet, and winter weather traction. In this manner, the ideal tread design keeps close surface contact in all conditions. The all season compound maintains flexibility in summer and winter temperatures. This results in a safe driving experience throughout the year.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
