- Uses long-range MiloNet connection, a mesh network created by Milo so you don’t need a phone, Wi-Fi or cell signal
- Range between 2 Milos can exceed 1 mile (1,600 m), depending on the terrain; MiloNet mesh network extends that range even farther when your group spreads out
- Creates a private and secure encrypted network for your group; you don’t need to pick a channel, and nobody outside your group can listen in on your conversations
- Hands-free communication—no need to push buttons to talk like on walkie-talkies
- Clear voice in all conditions, even in windy and noisy environments
- 6 digital microphones, sophisticated wind- and background noise–reduction algorithms, and a powerful speaker let you hear everyone in your group clearly even while on the move
- Waterproof and rugged design meets the challenges you face on active adventures; it is weatherproof, UV-fading-resistant, impact-resistant and can be fully submerged in water

- Designed to be worn on your body, the clip system uses a magnet to snap in your Milo and trigger a secure mechanical lock that keeps it in place even on the roughest rides
- You can also mount it on a jacket, backpack or bike handlebar with a Milo Armband clip, Pocket clip or Bike clip (not included)
- Integrated lithium-polymer battery is rechargeable via USB-C and provides a full day of use on a single charge under normal conditions, even when cold
- You can use a portable power bank to charge while still talking to your group
- Headset optional; can be used with a Bluetooth or wired headset—or without a headset using the built-in speaker and microphones
- Milo Link app can be used for software updates as new features are released and for some customizations of certain features; the app is not required for setup or operation
