It’s 37% smaller and delivers 43% more power than the previous-generation GENM3, making it our most compact and advanced charger yet. Each bank operates independently, allowing you to precisely charge and maintain three batteries simultaneously, even if they differ in type or condition. Selectable charging modes—12V, AGM, Lithium, and Repair Mode—offer tailored charging for battery health and longevity, while an integrated thermal sensor automatically adjusts charging in hot and cold climates to prevent overcharging or undercharging. For severely discharged batteries, Force Mode lets you manually begin charging from zero volts, a critical advantage for recovering deeply neglected batteries that other chargers can’t detect. Engineered for the harshest marine environments, the GEN5X3 features an IP68 rating and has endured brutal life cycle testing, including thousands of hours underwater. Installation is fast and secure in any orientation—even upside down—thanks to a redesigned mounting system with an integrated anti-vibration backing that isolates shock and noise. The GEN5X3 comes with 72-inch DC cables with 3/8-inch eyelets, a 72-inch Type-B AC cable, two mounting screws, and a user guide. It’s backed by a 3-year warranty, engineered in the USA, and certified to UL1236, ISO 8846, and 33 CFR 183.410 for safety, ignition protection, and marine compliance.
