Petlas Explero W671 is a winter tire made for SUVs, CUVs, and other 4×4 vehicles that look for high traction and grip performance in any winter weather conditions. It features Fine Silica Technology tread compound that remains flexible even at very low temperatures and ensures superb braking and handling on snow and ice. Jointless Belt technology improves uniformity for smoother ride, durability, and tread wear, while Jointless Mono Strand Bead Wire and Hard Bead filler strengthens the link between tire and rim for a more precise driving experience. Looking at the tread itself, the center block improves straight line performance, while block type lateral pattern offers high maneuverability and bend-turning performance. Z-shaped sipes of Petlas Explero W671 act as biting mechanism that sticks into the surface like snow or ice, offering high performance and grip on slippery surfaces. Circumferential grooves help this winter tire to evacuate excess water and slush from the tire’s footprint and resist hydroplaning.
