RoadRider IV ST
OVERVIEW
The RoadRider IV ST is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The ribbed tread pattern manages to keep consistent road contact during the performance. It improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time becomes faster and more accurate to the towing vehicle’s commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting it. At the same time, the shoulder blocks strongly grip the road surface, upgrading maneuvering. As a result, this tread design and close road contact guarantee a safe driving experience.
The optimal tread design and compound also prevent irregular and premature wear formations, for longer-lasting tread life. In this manner, the ribbed tread design evenly distributes driving pressure along the tread area, while the rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down. This tread design and durable rubber compound boost the tire’s service life and usability for a longer period of time.
The RoadRider IV ST also offers excellent load and driving durability. The strengthened internal structure and durable durable rubber compound work together to keep the optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. This construction does not allow the tire to deform under pressure, which enables it to carry and withstand heavy loads. In this manner, the load-carrying capacity is improved, which makes this model an excellent choice for trailers.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
