Venom Power Covert Grip H/T
OVERVIEW
The Venom Power Covert Grip H/T is a highway terrain, all season tire made for light trucks and SUVs. This model has some commercial van sizes available as well. Venom Power offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
Venom Power covers this tire model and size with its 1-year Road Hazard Warranty. This warranty is available for tires damaged within the first 12 months after the purchase date, or until the first 3/32” of the tire tread wears away, whichever comes first! If this tire sustains road hazard damage (typically caused by nails, glass, or potholes) on its tread area, customers have a right to use the Road Hazard warranty for a Tire Replacement or Tire Repair. To receive the Road Hazard warranty, customers with damaged tires must file a claim with Priority Tire.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The tire’s optimal groove placement channels water and slush away from the footprint. As a result, they effectively resist hydroplaning in wet conditions. Its compound blend and the ideal tread design increase the tire’s surface grip. Sipes create biting edges, which firmly grip the road surface at all times. Additionally, the compound keeps the tire pliable in versatile temperatures, enabling its summer and winter weather applications.
Excellent on-road traction and road contact greatly improve the tire’s handling. The tread pattern upgrades driving stability and steering responsiveness, with the tire’s constant road contact. This boosts the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands. Additionally, the tire’s structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The symmetric tread’s shoulder pattern provides additional biting edges that firmly grip the road surface to boost the cornering ability and power.
The Venom Power Covert Grip H/T offers great load and driving durability. The tire utilizes its strengthened construction to achieve this. It is able to withstand load pressure throughout the performance, maintaining the optimal tire shape at all times. This helps to securely handle heavy loads with ease, increasing the tire’s better load durability.
Not all tire sizes are suitable for all vehicle types. Please refer to the item specifications for accurate information about vehicle type fitment for this particular size.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
