This innovative food dehydrator is perfect for precision drying with fully adjustable temperature from 90º to 160º F. You can dry a broad range of foods at the ideal temperature including herbs, jerky, fruit leather, kale chips and more without extra sugar or additives. The food dehydrator is easy to use with a digital timer that lets you adjust the temperature in 30 minute increments up to 48 hours. Just set the timer and let the food dehydrator do the rest. There’s no need to rotate trays. The powerful 900 watt heater and quiet, rear-mounted fan work together for consistent, even drying of foods on every tray from top to bottom. The transparent hinged oven-style door makes it easy to load and configure the trays. You have the flexibility to use the exact number of trays you need from 1-10 to accommodate everything from large pieces of food to tall jars of yogurt for fermenting.
