OVERVIEW

The Yokohama Advan Sport A/S is a high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Yokohama offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire has exceptional all weather traction thanks to the silica based tire compound and the asymmetric tread design. It grips the road well in dry, wet and winter weather conditions and provides increased safety year round. The Z-shaped grooves improve its snow traction and winter weather road grip. The circumferential tread grooves help resist dangerous hydroplaning situations and enhance the wet traction further by eliminating water from below the tire footprint.

The silica infused tire compound also extends the tread life. The excellent traction the tire has maintains constant road contact and it grips the road well in all weather conditions which helps regulate the tread wear. Irregular wear is prevented as the driving pressure is evenly distributed along the tread area due to the good traction. Since the tire does not wear out unevenly, its tread life lasts longer.

The asymmetric tread pattern provides effortless handling and controllability by improving the steering responsiveness and accuracy.
