OVERVIEW
The Yokohama S32A is a high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This model is the original equipment tire on select vehicles.
The tire offers great controllability, even during its high speed performance. The symmetric ribbed tread design upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability with the closer and constant surface contact. This enhances the steering responsiveness and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The reinforced internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the high speed driving pressure. This enables the tire to carry and withstand the high speed pressure during its performance, ensuring a safer high speed driving experience.
The tread design’s optimal surface contact also increases the cornering and braking abilities. The shoulder tread block placement with the ideal siping detail upgrades the cornering and maneuvering ability. These tread elements enhance the number of biting edges gripping the road surface, which upgrades the cornering power. The detailed siping and lateral groove placement increases the braking power. The detailed tire footprint manages to generate friction between the tire and the road surface at the moment of braking. This significantly decreases the braking distance and allows the tire to stop shorter. The result is a secure performing capability, which ensures the driver’s full control over the vehicle.
