OVERVIEW

The Bridgestone Turanza T001 RFT (MOExtended) is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This specific tire is marked with MOExtended as it is the original equipment of RunFlat Mercedes vehicles.

This model was made with run flat technology, which means that it can support the weight of the vehicle temporarily in case of air pressure loss. The tire can be driven on for 50 miles up to 50 mph after the loss of air pressure, which prevents the driver from being stranded on the side of the road. The tire allows the driver to get to a safe destination where they can either repair or change the tire. These run flat tires were manufactured for vehicles that have no space for a spare tire. Regular tires cannot be mixed with run flat tires as run flat tires have a heavier construction.
