The interior automatically heats or cools to keep the batch at the temperature you select to ensure the optimal texture, flavor and rise of the bread. Allows you to easily adjust flavor, aroma and texture of bread by changing temperature. Interior automatically heats or cools to maintain selected temperature. Thermostat can be set in 1° increments from 41°F-122°F (5°C-50°C). Adjustable thermostat allows you to feed starter daily at high temperatures or weekly at low temperatures. Comes with 2 removable shelves. Accommodates 1-qt. jar or 2 small jars.
