The DeWALT 4-1/2 to 6 Inch brushless cordless grinder kit contains a cordless grinder, two batteries, charger, side handle, two Type 27 guards, wrench, two flanges and a kit bag. Grinder with kickback brake is perfect for a variety of cutting and grinding applications. Grinder is powered by a 60 Volt battery that delivers an optimum rating of 13 Amp power. It operates at a speed of 9000 RPM that facilitates the use of 6 Inch wheels. Kickback brake is engaged whenever a stall is sensed and the electronic brake engages with optimum force to stop the wheel, minimizes the movement of the grinder and shuts the grinder off. The advantage of the kickback brake is that, when the trigger is released, the brake is stops the operating speed of 1.5 seconds. Anti-rotation E-Clutch mechanism shuts down the motor as soon as a pinch/stall is detected.
