Its cooking repertoire now includes browning/sautéing, steaming, baking, and making soup and rice. The innovative Thermolon™ Volt healthy ceramic nonstick coating on the inner pot allows you to cook a range of ingredients in a variety of ways. Start on one setting such as Brown/Sauté, then finish the dish on Slow Cook or Bake. You can also choose Steam to cook fish and vegetables, then set the machine to Simmer/Buffet to keep everything hot while guests serve themselves.
