Propane tank not included. 20″ carbon steel paella pan serves 6 to 10 people. Carbon steel conducts heat quickly and evenly and is the most authentic for paella, giving extra flavor to the rice. Burner and tripod made of enameled steel. Two-ring burner allows for independent use of each ring for more control and flexibility of the heat and cooking.
