Enameled cast iron delivers superior heat distribution and retention. Ready to use – no seasoning required. Durable enamel resists dulling, staining, chipping and cracking. Recessed lid is designed to hold ice and recirculate moisture. “Dimples” on underside of lid guide condensation and promote self-basting. Built-in lid stabilizers ensure secure fit.
