Cooking grates are 6mm and made from 304 stainless steel for incredible heat retention and restaurant-quality sear marks.
33” Performance Grill offers 36,000 total BTUs of power, 36” and 40” offers 48,000 total BTUs of power.
Main Cooking Area is 507 square inches in a 33” Grill, 562 square inches in a 36” Grill, and 634 square inches in a 40” Grill.
Warming rack offers 290 square inches (40” Grill), 257 square inches (36” Grill), and 232 square inches (33” Grill) of additional grill space, Featured with Battery Powered Pulse Ignitor and SS304 Flame Tamer heat diffuser.
