Nitto NT555RII P305/45R17 102W LL OVERVIEW The Nitto NT555RII is a DOT-compliant ultra-high-performance tire that’s meant for use in drag and other racing competitions. A modified sidewall construction enhances launch times, thereby enabling drivers to move off the line quicker, and the NT555RII is also approved for daily use and can be fitted in the drive axle position when paired with the NT555 G2 on the non-drive axle. The NT555RII is a D.O.T.-compliant competition drag radial designed with additional flexibility for the weekend drag racer. The high-grip compound and semi-racing construction provide increased traction at the starting line, while the large circumferential grooves aid wet handling on your way to the drag strip. The sidewall construction has been modified to improve launch for better 60’ times. The large twin center ribs provide a continuous contact patch for dry traction.
