Karu 2 Pizza Oven Produces authentic stone-baked pizza in 60 seconds; 15mm-thick heat-retaining cordierite pizza stone fits up to 12″ pies. Reaches ideal pizza cooking temperature of 850°F in just 15 minutes. Temperature adjusts to 950°F. Powder-coat finish helps retain heat inside while staying cool outside. Cooks steak, vegetables and seafood in Ooni cast-iron pans (sold separately) or other high-temperature cookware. Multiple fuel options include wood, charcoal and propane gas (requires Ooni gas burner attachment, sold separately); uses 36% less fuel than previous models. Advanced chimney engineering enables dual airflow adjustments for superior temperature control and fuel efficiency.
