The company designed the Karu 2 for optimal performance after listening to customer feedback. User-friendly upgrades include a powder-coated finish that helps retain heat inside while staying cooler outside. The door is fitted with a glass panel so you can monitor cooking progress without letting heat escape. Safety has also been improved from top to bottom – the chimney baffle has a heat-resistant handle, and nonslip rubber feet provide enhanced stability. Compact enough to use on a balcony, the versatile oven burns wood, charcoal or propane gas (with optional burner attachment) to expertly cook everything from pizza to steak and seafood.
