OVERVIEW
The Pirelli Scorpion is a performance and high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some touring sizes too. This model is EV-Specific, meaning these tires are purpose-built tires engineered exclusively for electric vehicles.
Great handling is guaranteed, even at high speeds. The ideal tread elements stabilize the tire’s contact with the terrain surface. This maintained road contact upgrades steering responsiveness and driving stability significantly. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. Cornering and maneuvering are upgraded too. This combination allows the driver to have full control over the vehicle.
Summer weather traction is ensured with this model. The durable summer compound and the ideal tread design enhance dry and wet, summer-weather grip. The strong compound elements improve the heat resistance by easing the pressure off the tire during its performance. Additionally, the optimal road-to-rubber ratio enhances the grip on the road. The wide, circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water from the footprint in wet-weather conditions.
This tread design and its constant surface contact ensure a quiet drive. The optimized tread design helps lower road noise heard in the vehicle’s cabin. The siping pattern negates the sound waves generated while the tires are in motion. In other words, it ensures that road disturbances do not reach the vehicle’s cabin and ruin the passengers’ driving enjoyment. As a result, this guarantees a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
The Pirelli Scorpion provides excellent high speed performance. The tire’s driving durability is promoted by the durable compound and the stronger construction. They work together to combat heat accumulation across the footprint and to keep the ideal tire shape at all times.
