Textured black matte enamel interior requires no seasoning and enhances browning, heat retention and heat distribution. Smooth enamel bottom works on all stovetops, including induction. Enameled cast-iron lid is finished with botanical motifs. Bumps on lid interior create a rainforest effect, returning juices evenly to food. Cast-iron handles provide a secure grip. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
