OVERVIEW
The Westlake SA-07 is an all season tire manufactured for passenger and crossover vehicles. This model comes in a performance (H and V rated) and high performance (W rated) version, depending on the specific tire’s speed rating. It also comes with a 45,000 mile warranty from the manufacturer.
The tire promotes excellent all weather traction. The tread pattern and the silica-based tire compound work together to increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The enhanced traction ensures a safer and better performance in all weather. The tread design’s wide grooves effectively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The increased hydroplaning resistance and exceptional all weather traction guarantee an improved year round traction and superb driving experience.
The model’s tread design and internal structure boost its controllability. The internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced with a polyester cord body that maintains the tire’s optimal shape under the driving pressure. The prevention of deformation under the high speed driving pressure allows the tire to perform to their highest capability in all weather. The tire’s structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it, while the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands. The SA-07 offers a fuel efficient drive. The silica in the tire compound increases the model’s traction and lower the tire’s overall weight, which eases the driving pressure off the tire, reducing the driving pressure. The rolling resistance is the force influencing the tires that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain its motion. The decreased rolling resistance lessens the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions and ensures a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly drive.
