This competition tire was approved for highway use by the US Department of Transportation. The tires stronger compound and reinforced construction work together to ensure a secure high speed performance. The racing compound lengthens the tires usability on the tracks and maintaining its traction throughout the drive, which ensures the models longer lasting tread life. The strengthened sidewall and high-modulus bead filler prevent the tires deformation under the high speed driving pressure affecting the model. This combination enables the model to securely perform at its best high speed capability at all times. The slick tread design with the circumferential grooves keeps the models surface contact during the drive. The better surface contact upgrades the tires controllability, by enhancing the steering responsiveness and driving stability.
